AIRBAG CUT-OFF SWITCH INSTALLATION

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for RHD and LHD vehicles.

  • The procedure listed below is for LHD vehicles.

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL AIRBAG CUTOFF SWITCH CYLINDER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. B223181

      Connect the connector.

    2. Attach the 2 claws to install the cutoff switch cylinder.

  2. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY

  3. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note:

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Click here).

  4. CHECK SRS WARNING LIGHT

    1. Check the SRS warning light (Click here).
