ВЫПУСКНАЯ ТРУБА СНЯТИЕ


  1. REMOVE TAILPIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 2 bolts and disconnect the tailpipe assembly from the exhaust pipe support.

    2. Remove the gasket.

  2. REMOVE EXHAUST PIPE DAMPER

      Remove the 2 bolts and exhaust pipe damper from the tailpipe assembly.

  3. REMOVE CENTER EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts then disconnect the center exhaust pipe assembly from the 2 exhaust pipe supports.

    2. Remove the gasket.

  4. REMOVE NO. 1 FRONT FLOOR HEAT INSULATOR

      Remove the 3 bolts and No. 1 front floor heat insulator.

  5. REMOVE NITROGEN OXIDES SENSOR

    CAUTION:

    To prevent burns, do not touch the engine, exhaust manifold or other high temperature components while the engine is hot.

      Remove the 2 nuts, detach the connector and clamp, and then disconnect the harness and controller portion.

      Using SST, remove the nitrogen oxides sensor.

  6. REMOVE NO. 4 EXHAUST GAS TEMPERATURE SENSOR

      Disconnect the connector from the No. 4 exhaust gas temperature sensor.

      Using a 14 mm union nut wrench, remove the No. 4 exhaust gas temperature sensor from the front exhaust pipe assembly.

  7. REMOVE UREA INJECTOR SET

  8. REMOVE FRONT EXHAUST PIPE ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 compression springs and disconnect the front exhaust pipe assembly from the 2 exhaust pipe supports .

    2. Remove the gasket.
