STOP LIGHT SWITCH REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH ASSEMBLY

    1. E286541

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Turn the stop light switch assembly counterclockwise and remove the stop light switch assembly.

  3. REMOVE STOP LIGHT SWITCH MOUNTING ADJUSTER

      Tape

      Using a screwdriver, detach the 2 claws and remove the stop light switch mounting adjuster.

      Tip:

      Tape the screwdriver tip before use.
