U0419 Invalid Data Received From Steering Effort Control Module 1 second or more after the engine switch is turned on (IG) with the power supply between 10 and 16 V, VGRS control target angle information sent from the VGRS ECU (front steering control ECU) does not match the local CAN signals and chassis control CAN signals continuously for 1.5 seconds or more

    Front Active Stabilizer:

  • CAN communication system

  • VGRS ECU (Front steering control ECU)

  • Front active stabilizer control ECU assembly


    Rear Active Stabilizer:

  • CAN communication system

  • VGRS ECU (Front steering control ECU)

  • Rear active stabilizer control ECU assembly

 DTCs common to the front and rear active stabilizers

Note


  • When replacing the front active stabilizer control ECU assembly, perform motor rotation angle sensor calibration (Front Stabilizer).

  1. CHECK FOR DTCS


    1. Using the GTS, check for DTCs.

      Chassis > Rear Stabilizer > Trouble Codes

      Only U0419 is output on the front stabilizer side A
      Only U0419 is output on the rear stabilizer side B
      U114D is output at the same time C
      C1907 or C195F are output at the same time D
      C192F or C1960 are output at the same time E
