UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL REASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL NO. 1 INSTRUMENT PANEL CUSHION

    1. Install a new No. 1 instrument panel cushion as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL WIRE

    1. B371798

      Engage the 4 clamps to install the No. 2 instrument panel wire.

  3. INSTALL TELLTALE LIGHT ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL DEFROSTER NOZZLE ASSEMBLY

    1. B371797

      Engage the 3 clamps.

    2. Install the defroster nozzle assembly with the 2 screws <B> and 2 clips.

  5. INSTALL AUTOMATIC LIGHT CONTROL SENSOR (w/ Automatic Light Control System)

  6. INSTALL COOLER (SOLAR SENSOR) THERMISTOR (for Automatic Air Conditioning System)

  7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL END

    1. B371796

      Engage the 4 claws.

    2. Connect the 2 connectors to install the instrument cluster finish panel end.
