DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR(w/ Glow Plug Controller) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER (w/ No. 1 Engine Cover)

2. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WIPER MOTOR AND LINK ASSEMBLY

3. REMOVE WATER GUARD PLATE LH

4. REMOVE NO. 2 HEATER AIR DUCT SPLASH SHIELD SEAL

   • for LHD:

5. REMOVE OUTER COWL TOP PANEL

   • for LHD:

6. REMOVE NO. 1 WIRE HARNESS HEAT INSULATOR

7. REMOVE WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

   Click here

8. REMOVE DIFFERENTIAL PRESSURE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

   1. 

      Disconnect the differential pressure sensor assembly connector.

   2. 

      Disengage the clamp to disconnect the engine wire from the sensor bracket.

   3. 

      Disengage the snap fastener and turn back the No.2 wire harness heat insulator.

   4. 

      Disengage the guide to remove the No. 2 wire harness heat insulator from the differential pressure sensor assembly.

   5. 

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 vacuum transmitting hose assembly from the differential pressure sensor assembly.

   6. 

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 2 vacuum transmitting hose assembly from the differential pressure sensor assembly.

   7. 

      Remove the bolt and differential pressure sensor assembly from the sensor bracket.
