    2. An inside-and-outside dual air layer type air conditioning unit is provided depending on the model.

    3. HFC-134a refrigerant is used.

    4. The automatic air conditioning system uses driver, front passenger and rear passenger* independent temperature control to enhance comfort.

  3. MAIN FEATURES


    1. The air conditioning system has the following features:

      High Performance
      • Neural network control is used so passengers can finely control the air conditioning for maximum comfort.

      • A high efficiency type clean air filter, which has a pollen-and-odor removal effect, is used.

      • The blower control has 7 steps to allow precise control.

      • Using the following features of the compressor (continuously variable capacity compressor), high cooling performance and a quiet cabin have been achieved:


        • Oil Separator

        • Variable Suction Side Throttle

        • Solenoid Valve with Built-in Crank Chamber to Suction Passage (CS) Valve

      Lightweight
      • An air conditioning harness assembly with a built-in communication/driver IC is used in a lightweight wire harness design to allow a reduced number of wires.

      • The use of this type of connector means that pulse pattern type servo motors can be used.
