This is the power source circuit to operate the navigation ECU sub-assembly.

Note

Inspect the fuses for circuits related to this system before performing the following inspection procedure.

PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NAVIGATION ECU SUB-ASSEMBLY - AUXILIARY BATTERY, BODY GROUND)


    1. Disconnect the L38 and L39 navigation ECU sub-assembly connectors.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below .

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L39-7 (GND1) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω

    3. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L39-4 (+B1) - L39-7 (GND1) Power switch off 11 to 14 V
      L39-3 (ACC1) - L39-7 (GND1) Power switch on (ACC) 11 to 14 V
      L38-1 (IG) - L39-7 (GND1) Power switch on (IG) 11 to 14 V
