STARTER (for 2.0 kW Type) INSTALLATION


  1. INSTALL STARTER ASSEMBLY


    1. Temporarily install the starter assembly with the bolt.

    2. Temporarily install the clutch flexible hose bracket with the bolt.

    3. Tighten the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      37 N*m  { 377 kgf*cm, 27 ft.*lbf }

    4. Connect the starter wire with the nut.

      Torque:
      9.8 N*m  { 100 kgf*cm, 87 in.*lbf }

    5. Connect the terminal cap.

    6. Connect the starter connector.

    7. Attach the wire harness clamp and connect the wire harness with the bolt.

      Torque:
      31 N*m  { 316 kgf*cm, 23 ft.*lbf }

  2. CONNECT CLUTCH RELEASE CYLINDER ASSEMBLY

    A01E1IKE01

    1. Install the release cylinder with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      12 N*m  { 120 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

  3. INSTALL FRONT FENDER SEAL


    1. Install the front fender seal with the 5 clips.

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected Click here.
