ECD SYSTEM PRECAUTION


  1. INITIALIZATION

    Note

    When the negative (-) battery cable is disconnected, initialize the following systems after the cable is reconnected.

    Initialization cannot be completed by only disconnecting the battery cable.

  2. FOR USING GTS

    CAUTION:


    • Observe the following items for safety reasons:


    • Read the GTS's instructions prior to use.

    • Prevent the GTS cable from being caught on the pedals, shift lever and steering wheel when driving with the GTS connected to the vehicle.

    • When driving the vehicle with the GTS connected, 2 persons are required. One drives the vehicle and the other operates the GTS.

  3. FOR USING BATTERY DURING INSPECTION


    • While using the battery during inspection, do not bring the positive and negative tester probes too close to each other as a short circuit may occur.
