CONDENSER(for 3ZR-FE, 3ZR-FAE, 2AR-FE) REMOVAL
PROCEDURE
RECOVER REFRIGERANT FROM REFRIGERATION SYSTEM
for HFC-134a (R134a):
for HFO-1234yf (R1234yf):
REMOVE HEADLIGHT

REMOVE FRONT BUMPER UPPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE RADIATOR UPPER AIR GUIDE PLATE
DISCONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Remove the bolt and disconnect the discharge hose sub-assembly from the cooler condenser assembly.
Remove the O-ring from the discharge hose sub-assembly.
Note:Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

DISCONNECT LIQUID PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

Remove the bolt and disconnect the liquid pipe sub-assembly from the cooler condenser assembly.
Remove the O-ring from the liquid pipe sub-assembly.
Note:Seal the openings of the disconnected parts using vinyl tape to prevent entry of moisture and foreign matter.

REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR SUPPORT
REMOVE NO. 2 FAN SHROUD
Detach the 3 clamps and disconnect the water by-pass pipe from the No. 2 fan shroud.

Remove the 2 bolts and No. 2 fan shroud.
REMOVE COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

Detach the 2 guides and remove the cooler condenser assembly as shown in the illustration.
Note:Do not damage the cooler condenser or radiator when removing the cooler condenser assembly.
