ДЕМПФЕР ПУЛЬСАЦИЙ ДАВЛЕНИЯ В ТОПЛИВНОЙ СИСТЕМЕ УСТАНОВКА

PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL FUEL PRESSURE PULSATION DAMPER ASSEMBLY


    1. Apply a light coat of gasoline or spindle oil to a new O-ring.

    2. Install the O-ring to the fuel pressure pulsation damper assembly.

    3. Install the fuel pressure pulsation damper assembly to the fuel delivery pipe with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      10 N*m  { 102 kgf*cm, 7 ft.*lbf }

      Note

      Make sure that the O-ring is not cracked or jammed when installing the fuel pressure pulsation damper assembly.

  2. CONNECT FUEL TUBE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    Note

    Check that there is no damage or foreign matter on the connecting parts of the fuel lines.

      Connect the fuel tube sub-assembly to the fuel delivery pipe.


      1. Align the fuel tube connector with the fuel pipe, and push the fuel pipe into the fuel tube connector until the fuel tube connector makes a "click" sound. If it is difficult to push the fuel pipe into the fuel tube connector, apply a small amount of clean gasoline to the tip of the fuel pipe.

      2. After connecting the fuel lines, check that the fuel pipe and fuel tube connector are securely connected by pulling on them.

      3. Engage the clamp to connect the fuel tube sub-assembly to the fuel hose clamp.

    2. Type A:


      1. Install the No. 2 fuel pipe clamp.

    3. Type B:


      1. Engage the 2 claws to install a new No. 2 fuel pipe clamp.

  3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY

  5. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  6. INSTALL BATTERY

    Click here

  7. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note

    When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
