BACK DOOR LOCK INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL GLASS HATCH LOCK SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Entry and Start System)

    1. B371424

      Install the glass hatch lock switch assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK ACTUATOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Wireless Door Lock System)

    1. Engage the guide.

    2. Install the back door lock actuator assembly with the 2 bolts.

      7.5 N*m

      76 kgf*cm

      66 in.*lbf

    3. Connect the connector.

  3. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK OPENER ASSEMBLY (w/ Wireless Door Lock System)

      Engage the pin to install the back door lock opener assembly as shown in the illustration.

  4. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK CYLINDER ASSEMBLY (w/ Lock Cylinder)

    1. B371419

      Install the back door lock cylinder assembly as shown in the illustration.

  5. INSTALL BACK DOOR LOCK CYLINDER RETAINER

    1. B371417

      Engage the 2 claws as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the back door lock cylinder retainer with the 2 bolts.

      7.5 N*m

      76 kgf*cm

      66 in.*lbf

  6. INSTALL REAR BUMPER ASSEMBLY

    Click here

  7. INSTALL BACK WINDOW LOCK ASSEMBLY

    1. Apply MP grease to the sliding parts of the back window lock assembly.

    2. Install the back window lock assembly with the 2 bolts.

      7.5 N*m

      76 kgf*cm

      66 in.*lbf

    3. Connect the connector.

  8. INSTALL REAR DECK TRIM COVER

    1. B371412

      Engage the 2 claws and 4 clips to install the rear deck trim cover as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 4 clips.

  9. INSTALL REAR FLOOR MAT ASSEMBLY
