COOLING FAN MOTOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL COOLING FAN MOTOR WITH FAN

   1. Install the cooling fan motor with fan with the 3 "TORX" screws.

   2. Engage the wire harness to the clamp.

2. INSTALL FAN SHROUD ASSEMBLY

   1. Engage the 2 guides.

   2. Engage the claw.

   3. Install the fan shroud assembly to the radiator assembly with the bolt.

      7.5 N*m

      76 kgf*cm

      66 in.*lbf

      Note:

      Do not damage the radiator assembly when installing the fan shroud assembly.

   4. Connect the No. 2 water by-pass hose to the radiator assembly.

3. INSTALL BATTERY CLAMP SUB-ASSEMBLY

5. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

   Note:

   When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.

6. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

7. ADD ENGINE COOLANT

8. CHECK FOR ENGINE COOLANT LEAK
