WASHER MOTOR(for Front Side) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

    Click here

  2. DRAIN WASHER FLUID

      Disconnect the washer hose as shown in the illustration, and drain the washer fluid.

  3. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the washer hose from the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.

    2. Disconnect the connector.

      Remove the windshield washer motor and pump assembly.

  4. REMOVE REAR WASHER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY (w/ Rear Wiper)

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER MOTOR AND PUMP ASSEMBLY (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER CONTROL RELAY (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Click here

  7. REMOVE WASHER INLET SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the clip and washer inlet sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE WINDSHIELD WASHER JAR ASSEMBLY


    1. w/o Rear Wiper:


      1. Detach the 4 clamps.

      2. Remove the 4 bolts.

      3. Detach the guide and remove the windshield washer jar assembly.

    2. w/ Rear Wiper:


      1. Detach the 5 clamps.

      3. Detach the guide and remove the windshield washer jar assembly.
