PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL BUSH

      *1 Brake Pedal Bush
      *2 Brake Pedal

      Install the 2 brake pedal bushes to the brake pedal.

  2. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL SHAFT COLLAR


    1. A004HR2

      Apply a light layer of lithium soap base glycol grease to the entire circumference of the brake pedal return spring and the brake pedal shaft collar.

    2. Install the brake pedal return spring and the brake pedal shaft collar to the brake pedal.

  3. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL

      *1 Brake Pedal
      *2 Brake Pedal Support Assembly

      Install the brake pedal to the brake pedal bracket sub-assembly.

    2. A004JUZ

      Install the bolt and nut to the brake pedal support assembly.

      Tech Tips

      Hold the bolt in place and tighten the nut.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

  4. INSTALL BRAKE PEDAL PAD


    1. Install the brake pedal pad to the brake pedal.
