DESCRIPTION

The parking brake ECU assembly receives the wheel speed information of each wheel from the skid control ECU assembly*1 or skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly)*2 via CAN communication.

This DTC is stored when a malfunction occurs in the skid control ECU assembly*1 or skid control ECU (brake actuator assembly)*2.

  • Malfunction Duration:

    Approximately 0.3 seconds

 Yes An electric parking brake system malfunction is displayed on the multi-information display.

Note

If the parking brake ECU assembly is replaced, perform the "Reset Memory" and "Acquire Tension Sensor Zero Point" procedures.

  1. CHECK DTC (BRAKE CONTROL / DYNAMIC CONTROL SYSTEMS)


    1. Check for DTC.

      w/o Vacuum Brake Booster: Click here
