ENGINE UNIT INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL WIRE HARNESS CLAMP BRACKET

   1. Install the wire harness clamp bracket with the bolt.

      13 N*m

      133 kgf*cm

      10 ft.*lbf

2. INSTALL EXHAUST MANIFOLD (TWC: Catalyst)

3. INSTALL MANIFOLD STAY

   Click here

4. INSTALL NO. 1 IGNITION COIL

   Click here

5. INSTALL OIL LEVEL GAUGE GUIDE OIL HOSE

   1. Install the oil level gauge guide oil hose to the engine oil level dipstick guide and cylinder head sub-assembly and slide the 2 clips to secure them.

6. INSTALL INJECTOR VIBRATION INSULATOR

7. INSTALL FUEL DELIVERY PIPE

   Click here

8. INSTALL WATER BY-PASS HOSE ASSEMBLY

   1. Install the water by-pass hose assembly to the cylinder head sub-assembly and slide the 2 clips to secure it.
