  1. DISCONNECT NEGATIVE BATTERY CABLE

  2. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (for Hi-back Seat Type)


    1. Perform the same procedure as above on the opposite side. Click here

  3. REMOVE FRONT SEAT ASSEMBLY RH (for Low-back Seat Type)


    1. Perform the same procedure as above on the opposite side. Click here

  4. REMOVE FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE RH

  5. REMOVE ENGINE SERVICE HOLE SUB COVER ASSEMBLY


    1. Заверните коврик, выверните 5 болтов и снимите дополнительную крышку технологического отверстия двигателя.

  6. DISCONNECT VANE PUMP OIL RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY

      Выверните 2 болта и отсоедините масляный бачок лопастного насоса в сборе.

      Note

      Подвесьте масляный бачок лопастного насоса в сборе с помощью провода, чтобы не допустить пролива жидкости для механизма рулевого управления с усилителем.

  7. DISCONNECT OIL RETURN HOSE (w/ Inter cooler)

      Ослабьте фиксатор.

    2. Отсоедините возвратный масляный шланг от впускного коллектора.

  8. REMOVE EGR PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY NO.1 (w/ EGR Valve)

      Отсоедините разъем датчика давления в топливной системе.

      Выверните 2 болта, отверните 2 гайки и снимите трубу РОГ.

    3. Снимите 2 прокладки.

  9. REMOVE AIR HOSE NO.4

      Ослабьте 2 зажима.

    2. Снимите воздушный шланг № 4.

  10. REMOVE DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

      Отсоедините 2 разъема корпуса дроссельной заслонки.

      Выверните 2 болта, отверните 2 гайки и снимите корпус дроссельной заслонки дизельного двигателя в сборе.

    3. Снимите прокладку с патрубка подачи воздуха.

  11. REMOVE ENGINE SERVICE HOLE COVER NO.2

      Roll up the carpet.

    2. Remove the 3 bolts and the engine service hole cover No.2.

  12. REMOVE INTAKE AIR CONNECTOR (w/o EGR Valve)

      Remove the bolt, and separate the manifold stay.

    2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from intake air connector.

      Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and the intake air connector assembly.

    4. Remove the 2 gaskets and intake air connector No.2 from the intake air connector.

  13. REMOVE ELECTRIC EGR CONTROL VALVE ASSEMBLY (w/ EGR Valve)


    1. Remove the vacuum regulating valve.

        Remove the 2 vacuum hoses and the vacuum regulating valve connector.

      2. Remove the 2 bolts and the vacuum regulating valve.

    2. Remove the EGR valve assembly with the sensor.

        Remove the bolt, and separate the manifold stay.

      2. Disconnect the vacuum hose from the intake air connector.

      3. B007Q7Z

        Disconnect the intake air temperature sensor connector.

      4. Disconnect the EGR valve position sensor connector.

        Remove the bolt, 2 nuts and the intake air connector assembly.

      6. Remove the 2 gaskets and EGR valve assembly from the intake air connector.

  14. REMOVE OIL LEVEL GAUGE GUIDE


    1. Снимите щуп проверки уровня масла.

    2. Выверните болт и снимите трубку щупа проверки уровня масла.

  15. REMOVE INJECTION PIPE

    1. Remove the injection pipe.

        Remove the 2 nuts and injection pipe clamp No.3.

        Using SST, remove the 4 injection pipes.

  16. REMOVE FUEL INLET PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Using SST, remove the fuel inlet pipe sub-assembly.

  17. REMOVE NOZZLE LEAKAGE PIPE ASSEMBLY NO.2

      Выверните пустотелый соединительный болт-штуцер и снимите прокладку.

    2. B007SQW

      Выверните 2 болта и снимите трубопровод обратного слива топлива № 2 в сборе.

  18. REMOVE INTAKE MANIFOLD


    1. Remove the bolt, nut, and the manifold stay.

    2. Remove the bolt, and disconnect the ground cable.

      Remove the 4 bolts, 2 nuts, and intake manifold.

    4. Remove the gasket from the cylinder head.

  19. REMOVE GLOW PLUG NO.1 CONNECTOR


    1. Remove the 4 grommets.

    2. Remove the 4 nuts and glow plug No.1 connectors.

  20. REMOVE GLOW PLUG


    1. Using a deep socket wrench (12 mm), remove the 4 glow plugs.
