PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE NO. 2 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure for the No. 2 headlight cleaner clamp.

  7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

    1. Disengage the 8 clamps to remove the headlight cleaner hose.

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  9. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  10. REMOVE NO. 1 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  11. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  12. REMOVE ULTRASONIC SENSOR CLIP (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  13. REMOVE NO. 2 ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

  14. REMOVE NO. 5 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    1. Disengage the 11 clamps to remove the No. 5 engine room wire.

  15. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

      Disengage the claw to remove the front fender liner retainer.

      Tip:

      Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

  16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

      Hook

      Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the hook to remove the front bumper hole cover.

  17. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  18. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  19. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH (w/o Bracket)

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the fog light cover LH.

  20. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH (w/o Bracket)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/ Bracket)

      Disengage the 4 claws to remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

      Disengage the 3 claws and 2 guides to remove the fog light mounting bracket LH.

  22. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/ Bracket)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  23. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. B350506

      Disengage the 19 claws and 2 guides to remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

  24. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

      Bolt

      Screw

      Remove the bolt and screw.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the front bumper side support LH.

  25. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  26. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

      Disengage the 6 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  27. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. B350510

      Disengage each clamp.

    2. Remove the 8 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.
