CONDENSER(for 2WW) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL COOLER CONDENSER ASSEMBLY

    1. E334756

      Attach the 2 guides to install the cooler condenser assembly as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      Do not damage the cooler condenser or radiator when installing the cooler condenser assembly.

      Tip:

      If a new cooler condenser assembly is installed, add compressor oil to the condenser as follows.

      Capacity

      Add 40 cc (1.35 fl. oz.)

      Refrigerant

      Compressor Oil

      HFC-134a (R134a)

      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

      HFO-1234yf (R1234yf)

      ND-OIL 12 or equivalent

  2. INSTALL UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT

    1. Install the 2 upper radiator supports with the 4 bolts.

      5.5 N*m

      56 kgf*cm

      49 in.*lbf

  3. INSTALL NO. 1 RADIATOR SUPPORT

    1. Install the 2 No. 1 radiator supports with the 2 bolts.

      19 N*m

      194 kgf*cm

      14 ft.*lbf

  4. CONNECT LIQUID PIPE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the vinyl tape from the liquid pipe sub-assembly and the connecting part of the cooler condenser with receiver assembly.

    2. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the tube joint.

      Refrigerant

      Compressor Oil

      HFC-134a (R134a)

      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

      HFO-1234yf (R1234yf)

      ND-OIL 12 or equivalent

    3. Install the O-ring to the liquid pipe sub-assembly.

    4. Connect the liquid pipe sub-assembly to the cooler condenser assembly with the bolt.

      5.4 N*m

      55 kgf*cm

      48 in.*lbf

  5. CONNECT DISCHARGE HOSE SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Remove the vinyl tape from the discharge hose sub-assembly and the connecting part of the cooler condenser with receiver assembly.

    2. Sufficiently apply compressor oil to a new O-ring and the fitting surface of the tube joint.

      Refrigerant

      Compressor Oil

      HFC-134a (R134a)

      ND-OIL 8 or equivalent

      HFO-1234yf (R1234yf)

      ND-OIL 12 or equivalent

    3. Install the O-ring to the discharge hose sub-assembly.

    4. Connect the discharge hose sub-assembly to the cooler condenser assembly with the bolt.

      5.4 N*m

      55 kgf*cm

  6. INSTALL RADIATOR UPPER AIR GUIDE PLATE

  9. CHARGE AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM WITH REFRIGERANT
