REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY REMOVAL

Tip:

  • Use the same procedure for the RH and LH sides.

  • The procedure listed below is for the LH side.

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Remove the rear No. 2 seat assembly LH (Click here).

  2. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 FLOOR STEP COVER (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

  3. REMOVE QUARTER SCUFF PLATE LH (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

  4. REMOVE REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

    Click here

  5. REMOVE REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

    1. Partially remove the rear door opening trim weatherstrip so that the front quarter trim panel assembly LH and deck trim side panel assembly LH can be removed (Click here).

  6. REMOVE REAR NO. 1 SEAT OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER

  7. REMOVE NO. 1 LUGGAGE COMPARTMENT TRIM HOOK

  8. REMOVE NO. 1 TONNEAU COVER HOLDER CAP (w/o Tonneau Cover)

  9. REMOVE FRONT DECK SIDE TRIM COVER (w/ Tonneau Cover)

    Click here

  10. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP PLUG (w/ Rear No. 2 Seat)

  11. REMOVE ASSIST GRIP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  12. REMOVE DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 1 seat outer belt floor anchor.

    2. B240052

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor.

    3. B240055

      for RH Side:

      Remove the bolt and disconnect the rear No. 2 seat outer belt floor anchor.

    4. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 screws.

    5. Detach the 3 clips and 8 claws.

    6. Disconnect each connector and remove the deck trim side panel.

  13. REMOVE REAR QUARTER TRIM PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

  14. REMOVE STEREO COMPONENT AMPLIFIER ASSEMBLY WITH BRACKET (for LH Side, w/ Woofer)

  15. REMOVE NO. 1 SPEAKER WITH BOX ASSEMBLY (for LH Side, w/ Woofer)

  16. REMOVE REAR NO. 2 SEAT OUTER BELT ASSEMBLY LH

      Remove the bolt and rear No. 1 seat outer belt shoulder anchor.

      Remove the bolt and rear No. 2 seat outer belt assembly.

  17. REMOVE REAR SEAT OUTER BELT ANCHOR PLATE SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

    1. Remove the bolt and anchor plate.

  18. REMOVE SEAT BELT ANCHOR PLATE ASSEMBLY (for RH Side)

    1. Remove the 2 bolts and anchor plate.
