POWER SEAT SWITCH INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY LH

   
   

   1. w/ Ottoman:

      
      
      1. 

         *a	Slide and Front Vertical Switch
         *b	Slide and Lifter Switch
         *c	Reclining Switch
         *d	Headrest Switch
         *e	Lumbar Support Switch
         *f	Ottoman Switch
         *g	Component without harness connected (Front Power Seat Switch Assembly LH)

         Check the resistance.

         Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

         Standard Resistance
         Slide Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q29-7 - Q29-20 Front Below 1 Ω Q29-6 - Q29-20 Rear Below 1 Ω
         Front Vertical
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q29-4 - Q29-20 Up Below 1 Ω Q29-5 - Q29-20 Down Below 1 Ω
         Lifter Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q29-3 - Q29-20 Up Below 1 Ω Q29-8 - Q29-20 Down Below 1 Ω
         Reclining Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q29-2 - Q29-20 Front Below 1 Ω Q29-1 - Q29-20 Rear Below 1 Ω
         Lumbar Support Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q29-14 - Q29-20 Hold Below 1 Ω Q29-17 - Q29-20 Release Below 1 Ω Q29-11 - Q29-20 Up Below 1 Ω Q29-9 - Q29-20 Down Below 1 Ω
         Ottoman Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q29-13 - Q29-20 Front Below 1 Ω Q29-12 - Q29-20 Rear Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the front power seat switch assembly LH.

   2. w/o Ottoman:

         *a	Slide and Front Vertical Switch
         *b	Slide and Lifter Switch

         *e	Lumbar Support Switch

         Front Vertical

         Lifter Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q29-3 - Q29-20 Up Below 1 Ω Q29-8 - Q29-20 Down Below 1 Ω
         Reclining Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q29-2 - Q29-20 Front Below 1 Ω Q29-1 - Q29-20 Rear Below 1 Ω
         Lumbar Support Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q29-14 - Q29-20 Hold Below 1 Ω Q29-17 - Q29-20 Release Below 1 Ω Q29-11 - Q29-20 Up Below 1 Ω Q29-9 - Q29-20 Down Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the front power seat switch assembly LH.

2. INSPECT FRONT POWER SEAT SWITCH ASSEMBLY RH

         Lifter Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q9-8 - Q9-11 Up Below 1 Ω Q9-3 - Q9-11 Down Below 1 Ω
         Reclining Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q9-9 - Q9-11 Front Below 1 Ω Q9-10 - Q9-11 Rear Below 1 Ω
         Lumbar Support Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q9-17 - Q9-11 Hold Below 1 Ω Q9-14 - Q9-11 Release Below 1 Ω Q9-20 - Q9-11 Up Below 1 Ω Q9-2 - Q9-11 Down Below 1 Ω
         Ottoman Switch
         Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition Q9-18 - Q9-11 Front Below 1 Ω Q9-19 - Q9-11 Rear Below 1 Ω If the result is not as specified, replace the front power seat switch assembly RH.

   2. w/o Ottoman:
