PROCEDURE


  1. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY POWER SOURCE)


    1. Disconnect the L18 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.

    2. Measure the voltage according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Voltage
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L18-1 (IG) - Body ground Engine switch on (IG) 10.5 to 16 V
      L18-1 (IG) - Body ground Engine switch off Below 1 V
      Result
      Proceed to
      OK
      NG

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (CLEARANCE WARNING ECU ASSEMBLY - BODY GROUND)


    1. Disconnect the L18 clearance warning ECU assembly connector.

    2. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L18-30 (E) - Body ground Always Below 1 Ω
