FRONT BUMPER(for Sedan) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

1. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

   Click here

2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

   Click here

4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

5. REMOVE NO. 2 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

   Click here

6. REMOVE NO. 1 HEADLIGHT CLEANER CLAMP (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

   Tip:

   Use the same procedure for the No. 2 headlight cleaner clamp.

7. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE (w/ Headlight Cleaner System)

   1. Disengage the 6 clamps to remove the headlight cleaner hose.

      

8. REMOVE FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

   Click here

9. REMOVE FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

   Click here

10. REMOVE FRONT SIDE ULTRASONIC SENSOR (w/ Simple Intelligent Parking Assist System)

    Click here

11. REMOVE FRONT CENTER ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    Click here

12. REMOVE FRONT CORNER ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    Click here

13. REMOVE FRONT SIDE ULTRASONIC SENSOR RETAINER (w/ Simple Intelligent Parking Assist System)

    Click here

14. REMOVE NO. 5 ENGINE ROOM WIRE (w/ TOYOTA Parking Assist-sensor System)

    1. Disengage each clamp to remove the No. 5 engine room wire.

15. REMOVE FRONT FENDER LINER RETAINER

    1. 

       Disengage the claw to remove the front fender liner retainer.

       Tip:

       Use the same procedure for the RH side and LH side.

16. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

    1. 

       *a

       Hook

       Disengage the 2 claws.

    2. Disengage the hook to remove the front bumper hole cover.

17. REMOVE LOWER NO. 1 RADIATOR GRILLE

    1. 

       Remove the 2 screws.

    2. 

       Disengage the 17 claws and 4 guides to remove the lower No. 1 radiator grille.

18. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

    Click here

19. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

20. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER LH

    1. 

       Remove the 2 screws.

    2. 

       Disengage the 8 claws and 2 guides to remove the fog light cover LH.

21. REMOVE FOG LIGHT COVER RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

22. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH

    1. 

       *a	Bolt
       *b	Screw

       Remove the bolt and screw.

    2. Disengage the 3 claws to remove the front bumper side support LH.

23. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

24. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

    1. 

       Disengage the 6 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber.

25. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. 

       Disengage each clamp.

    2. Remove the 8 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.
