RADIATOR REMOVAL
PROCEDURE
REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR SUPPORT SEAL
REMOVE LOWER FRONT BUMPER COVER
REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
REMOVE V-BANK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER
REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

Using a clip remover, detach the 3 claws and remove the clip and radiator side deflector RH.

REMOVE RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH
-
Using a clip remover, detach the 3 claws and remove the clip and radiator side deflector LH.
-
REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE
Slide the 2 clamps and remove the No. 1 radiator hose from the radiator assembly and water inlet.
REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE

Slide the clamp and remove the No. 2 radiator hose from the water inlet.

Detach the clamp.
Slide the clamp and remove the No. 2 radiator hose from the radiator assembly.

REMOVE RADIATOR RESERVOIR ASSEMBLY
-
Disconnect the reservoir hose.
Remove the 3 bolts and radiator reservoir assembly.

DISCONNECT OIL COOLER TUBE
-
Detach the claw to open the flexible hose clamp, and then remove the 2 bolts to disconnect the oil cooler tube from the fan shroud.

REMOVE FAN SHROUD
-
Loosen the 4 nuts holding the fluid coupling.
Remove the fan and generator V belt.

Remove the 2 bolts holding the fan shroud.
Remove the 4 nuts of the fluid coupling, and then remove the fan shroud together with the fluid coupling.
Note:Be careful not to damage
Remove the fan pulley from the engine water pump assembly.

REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

Slide the 2 clamps and remove the 2 oil cooler hoses from the radiator assembly.

Remove the 4 bolts and radiator assembly.
-
REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL
Remove the No. 1 radiator to support seal from the radiator assembly.
REMOVE NO. 2 RADIATOR TO SUPPORT SEAL
Remove the No. 2 radiator to support seal from the radiator assembly.
