ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL ENGINE COOLANT TEMPERATURE SENSOR

    1. Install a new gasket to the engine coolant temperature sensor.

    2. Using a 19 mm socket wrench, install the engine coolant temperature sensor onto the cylinder head sub-assembly.

      20 N*m

      200 kgf*cm

      14 ft.*lbf

      Note:

      If a component has been dropped or subjected to a strong impact, replace it.

    3. Connect the connector.

  2. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CASE SUB-ASSEMBLY

  3. INSTALL AIR CLEANER CAP SUB-ASSEMBLY

  4. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE COVER (w/ No. 1 Engine Cover)

  5. ADD COOLANT

  6. INSPECT FOR COOLANT LEAK

  7. INSTALL NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER
