      (Airbag Cut Off Switch Cylinder Sub-assembly)

      Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance

      Tester Connection

      Switch Condition

      Specified Condition

      2 (MSW+) - 1 (MSW-)

      Airbag cut off switch cylinder sub-assembly in ON

      360 to 440 Ω

      2 (MSW+) - 1 (MSW-)

      Airbag cut off switch cylinder sub-assembly in OFF

      90 to 110 Ω

      If the result is not as specified, replace the airbag cut off switch cylinder sub-assembly.
