ENGINE UNIT REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE WATER BY-PASS HOSE ASSEMBLY

      Slide the 2 clips and remove the water by-pass hose assembly from the cylinder head sub-assembly.

  2. REMOVE FUEL DELIVERY PIPE

  3. REMOVE INJECTOR VIBRATION INSULATOR

  4. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK

    1. Remove the engine oil level dipstick.

  5. REMOVE ENGINE OIL LEVEL DIPSTICK GUIDE

    1. Remove the bolt and engine oil level dipstick guide.

    2. A323223

      Remove the O-ring from the engine oil level dipstick guide.

  6. REMOVE NO. 1 IGNITION COIL
