RADIATOR REMOVAL
PROCEDURE
DRAIN ENGINE COOLANT
REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY
REMOVE FRONT UPPER BUMPER SUPPORT

Remove the 6 clips and front upper bumper support.

REMOVE FRONT LOWER BUMPER ABSORBER
-
Remove the 10 bolts and front lower bumper absorber.

REMOVE NO. 1 RADIATOR SIDE AIR SEAL
-
Remove the clip.
Disengage the 3 claws to remove the No. 1 radiator side air seal.

DISCONNECT NO. 1 RADIATOR HOSE
-
Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 radiator hose.

DISCONNECT NO. 2 RADIATOR HOSE
REMOVE RADIATOR ASSEMBLY

Disconnect the cooling fan motor connector.
Disengage the wire harness clamp.

Remove the 2 bolts.

Remove the 6 bolts and front cross member sub-assembly.

Disengage the 2 guides to remove the radiator assembly with the fan shroud assembly from the condenser assembly.
Note:Make sure not to damage the condenser assembly or radiator assembly when removing the radiator assembly.
Do not apply excessive force to the condenser assembly or pipe when removing the radiator assembly.
Use wire or an equivalent tool to keep the condenser assembly from hanging by the pipes.

Disconnect the radiator reserve tank hose from the radiator assembly.

Remove the bolt.
Disengage the claw.
Disengage the 2 guides to remove the fan shroud assembly from the radiator assembly.
Note:Do not damage the radiator assembly when removing the fan shroud assembly.

REMOVE RADIATOR SUPPORT CUSHION
Remove the 2 radiator support cushions from the radiator assembly.
REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR SUPPORT
Remove the 2 lower radiator supports from the radiator assembly.
