FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY(for RHD) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL FUEL FILLER OPENING LID LOCK RETAINER

   1. 

      Install the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer and turn the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer clockwise.

2. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK CONTROL CABLE SUB-ASSEMBLY

   1. Attach the 12 clamps to install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly.

      

   2. 

      Attach the 2 claws to install the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to the fuel filler opening lid lock retainer.

   3. Install the floor carpet.

3. INSTALL FUEL LID LOCK OPEN LEVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

   1. Connect the fuel lid lock control cable sub-assembly to install the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly.

   2. Attach the guide.

   3. Install the fuel lid lock open lever sub-assembly with the bolt.

      8.0 N*m

      82 kgf*cm

      71 in.*lbf

4. INSTALL LOWER CENTER PILLAR GARNISH LH

   Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

6. INSTALL OUTER LAP BELT ANCHOR COVER (for LH Side)

7. INSTALL DECK TRIM SIDE PANEL ASSEMBLY LH

8. INSTALL DECK TRIM SERVICE HOLE COVER

9. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

10. INSTALL REAR DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

11. INSTALL REAR DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH

13. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH

15. INSTALL FRONT DOOR SCUFF PLATE LH
