PROCEDURE


  1. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR LH

      B0069FO Install in this Direction

      w/ Intercooler:


      1. Attach the claw to install the radiator side deflector LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. B00690WC01
      B0069FO Install in this Direction

      w/o Intercooler:


      1. Attach the claw to install the radiator side deflector LH as shown in the illustration.

  2. INSTALL RADIATOR SIDE DEFLECTOR RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  3. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH (for Standard Body)

      Attach the claw to install the front bumper side support LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 2 clips and bolt.

  4. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH (for Standard Body)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  5. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT LH (for Wide Body)

      Attach the claw to install the front bumper side support LH as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 3 clips and bolt.

  6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE SUPPORT RH (for Wide Body)

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  7. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT PLATE LH

      Attach the guide to install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the bolt.

      Torque:
      23 N*m  { 235 kgf*cm, 17 ft.*lbf }

  8. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT PLATE RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  9. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Attach the guide to install the front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. Install the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      27 N*m  { 275 kgf*cm, 20 ft.*lbf }

  10. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET ASSEMBLY LH


    1. B00691F

      Install the front bumper side mounting bracket assembly LH with the 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      73.5 N*m  { 749 kgf*cm, 54 ft.*lbf }

  11. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER SIDE MOUNTING BRACKET ASSEMBLY RH

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  12. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY LH

      Align the matchmark on the front bumper bracket sub-assembly LH and vehicle body.

    2. Install the front bumper bracket sub-assembly LH with the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

  13. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  14. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER ASSEMBLY

      Attach the guide to install the front bumper assembly as shown in the illustration.

    2. w/ Fog Light:


      1. Connect the connector.

      Install the 8 bolts.

      Torque:
      30 N*m  { 306 kgf*cm, 22 ft.*lbf }

      Install the 4 bolts.

      Torque:
      25 N*m  { 255 kgf*cm, 18 ft.*lbf }

      Put protective tape around the front bumper cover.

      Install the front bumper cover as shown in the illustration.

      1. Attach the claw as shown in the illustration.

      Install the 3 screws.

      Install the 2 screws and 2 bolts.

      Torque:
      for bolt
      12 N*m  { 122 kgf*cm, 9 ft.*lbf }

    7. Remove the protective tape.

      Install the clip.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for the clip on the other side.
