VISCOUS HEATER MAGNET CLUTCH (for Cold Area) REMOVAL


  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  2. REMOVE FAN & GENERATOR V BELT

  3. DISCONNECT WATER BY-PASS HOSE

      Using pliers, grip the claws of clip and side the clip and disconnect the water by-pass hose.

  4. DISCONNECT HEATER WATER OUTLET HOSE

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedures for the water by-pass hose.

  5. REMOVE VISCOUS WITH MAGNET CLUTCH ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and viscous with magnet clutch heater assembly.
