FRONT BUMPER DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER LH (w/o Fog Light)

      Disengage the 3 claws to remove the front bumper hole cover LH.

  2. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER RH (w/o Fog Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  3. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Fog Light)

  4. REMOVE FOG LIGHT ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Fog Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY LH (w/o Daytime Running Light)

      Remove the 2 screws and front bumper hole cover assembly LH.

  6. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER ASSEMBLY RH (w/o Daytime Running Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT ASSEMBLY WITH DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT BRACKET LH (w/ Daytime Running Light)

  8. REMOVE DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT ASSEMBLY WITH DAYTIME RUNNING LIGHT BRACKET RH (w/ Daytime Running Light)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  9. REMOVE FRONT HOOD TO END PANEL SEAL

      Disengage the 9 clips to remove the front hood to end panel seal.

  10. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER LH

      Remove the clip.

    2. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper end retainer LH.

  11. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER END RETAINER RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  12. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER HOLE COVER

      Hook

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides.

    2. Disengage the hook to remove the front bumper hole cover.

  13. REMOVE LOWER RADIATOR AIR DEFLECTOR

    1. Disengage the 22 claws.

      Remove the clip.

      Disengage the 4 claws and guide to remove the lower radiator air deflector from the lower radiator grille.

  14. REMOVE NO. 1 COOL AIR INTAKE DUCT

      Disengage the 5 claws and guide to remove the No. 1 cool air intake duct.

  15. REMOVE UPPER RADIATOR GRILLE

      Disengage the 14 claws to remove the upper radiator grille.

  16. REMOVE RADIATOR GRILLE (OR FRONT PANEL) EMBLEM

      Disengage the 4 claws.

    2. B371056

      Disengage the 3 claws and guide to remove the radiator grille (or front panel) emblem from the front bumper emblem base.

  17. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER EXTENSION

    1. Disengage the 34 claws to remove the front bumper extension.

  18. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT SIDE SPOILER PROTECTOR LH (w/ Front Side Spoiler)

      Remove the 4 screws and No. 2 front side spoiler protector LH.

  19. REMOVE NO. 2 FRONT SIDE SPOILER PROTECTOR RH (w/ Front Side Spoiler)

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  20. REMOVE FRONT SPOILER COVER

    1. w/o Front Side Spoiler:

        Remove the 6 screws and front spoiler cover.

    2. w/ Front Side Spoiler:

      1. B521072

        Remove the 6 screws and front spoiler cover.

  21. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER ENERGY ABSORBER

    1. Disengage the 2 guides to remove the front bumper energy absorber.

  22. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER REINFORCEMENT SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Remove the 8 bolts and front bumper reinforcement sub-assembly.

  23. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER LH

    1. Remove the headlight assembly LH.

      Click here

      Disengage the 2 claws to remove the front bumper side retainer LH.

  24. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER SIDE RETAINER RH

    Tip:

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.
