ТРОС МЕХАНИЗМА ПЕРЕКЛЮЧЕНИЯ ПЕРЕДАЧ ЗАМЕНА


  1. REMOVE TRANSFER SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Поверните рукоятку рычага переключения передач в направлении, указанном стрелкой, и снимите рукоятку.

  2. REMOVE PARKING BRAKE HOLE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

    A01DWSQ

    1. Освободите 4 захватов и снимите крышку отверстия стояночного тормоза.

  3. REMOVE UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Открепите 12 захватов и снимите верхнюю облицовку панели пола.

      Note

      Соблюдайте осторожность, чтобы не повредить панель приборов и вещевой ящик в облицовке туннеля пола захватами на верхней облицовке панели пола.

  4. REMOVE CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

    *1 Винт
    *2 Болт
    *3 Фиксатор

    1. Выверните 4 винта и 2 болта.

    2. С помощью съемника фиксаторов освободите 2 фиксатора и снимите вещевой ящик в облицовке туннеля пола.

  5. REMOVE TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY

    1. Move the shift lever to L.

    2. Disconnect the control cable from the shift lever.

    3. Remove the lock clip and disconnect the control cable from the bracket.

      Remove the 2 nuts and disconnect the control cable from the vehicle body.

    5. A01DY92

      Remove the 2 nuts and disconnect the ground cable and transmission control cable support.

    6. A01DZUZE01

      Remove the lock clip and control cable bracket.

    7. Remove the nut and control cable.

  6. INSTALL TRANSMISSION CONTROL CABLE ASSEMBLY


    1. Install the control cable with the nut.

      Torque:
      14 N*m  { 143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

    2. Install the control cable bracket and lock clip.

      Connect the transmission control cable support and ground cable with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }
    4. A01DW54E01

      Connect the control cable to the body with the 2 nuts.

      Torque:
      5.5 N*m  { 56 kgf*cm, 49 in.*lbf }
    5. A01DZMGE01

      Connect the control cable to the bracket with the lock clip.

    6. Move the shift lever to L.

    7. Install the control cable to the shift lever.

  7. ADJUST SHIFT LEVER POSITION

    1. Remove the nut and disconnect the control cable.

    2. Remove the clip and disconnect the control cable from the control cable bracket.

    3. A01DVL2E01

      Push the control shaft rearward as much as possible.

    4. Return the control shaft lever 2 notches to the N position.

    5. While holding the control shaft lever slightly toward the R position side, tighten the nut.

      Torque:
      14 N*m  { 143 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

  8. INSPECT SHIFT LEVER POSITION


    1. When moving the shift lever from P to R with the ignition switch ON and the brake pedal depressed, make sure that the shift lever moves smoothly and correctly into position.

    2. Start the engine and make sure that the vehicle moves forward after moving the shift lever from N to D, and moves rearward after shifting to R.

      If the results are not as specified, inspect the park/neutral position switch and check the shift lever.

  9. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX ASSEMBLY

    1. Установите вещевой ящик в облицовке туннеля пола и закрепите его 4 винтами и 2 болтами.

    2. Установите 2 фиксатора.

  10. INSTALL UPPER CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Установите верхнюю облицовку панели пола и закрепите ее 12 захватами.

  11. INSTALL PARKING BRAKE HOLE COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Введите в зацепление 4 захвата, чтобы установить крышку отверстия стояночного тормоза.

  12. INSTALL TRANSFER SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY

    1. Установите рукоятку рычага переключения передач и поверните ее в направлении, указанном стрелкой.
