CLUTCH STROKE SENSOR(for LHD) ON-VEHICLE INSPECTION

PROCEDURE

1. INSPECT CLUTCH PEDAL STROKE SENSOR ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Connect the GTS to the DLC3.

   2. Turn the ignition switch to ON.

   3. Turn the GTS on.

   4. Enter the following menus: Powertrain / Transmission / Data List / Clutch Stroke Sensor Voltage.

      
      Powertrain > Transmission > Data List

      Tester Display
      Clutch Stroke Sensor Voltage

   5. Read the values displayed on the GTS.

      Standard Voltage
      GTS Display Condition Specified Condition Clutch Stroke Sensor Voltage Clutch pedal fully released 0.96 to 1.04 V Not depressed → Fully depressed (Clutch pedal should be operated slowly) Value changes progressively (Only increase)

      If the result is not as specified, check the clutch pedal stroke sensor assembly, wire harness and ECM.
