VACUUM PUMP(for 1AD-FTV) REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER

  2. REMOVE VACUUM PUMP ASSEMBLY

      Remove the bolt and 2 nuts, and separate the wire harness protector from the engine assembly.

    2. C273681

      Slide the clip and disconnect the union to connector tube hose and vacuum transmitting hose assembly from the vacuum pump assembly.

    3. C273682

      Remove the 3 bolts and vacuum pump assembly.

    4. Remove the 2 O-rings from the vacuum pump assembly.
