HORN INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY (except CHINA)

   
   

   1. Install the low pitched horn assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:

      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the connector.

2. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY (for CHINA)

   
   

   1. Install the high pitched horn assembly with the bolt.

      Torque:

      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the connector.

3. INSTALL HORN BRACKET SUB-ASSEMBLY

   
   

   1. Install the horn bracket sub-assembly with the bolt and nut.

      Torque:

      13 N*m  { 133 kgf*cm, 10 ft.*lbf }

4. INSTALL HIGH PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY (except CHINA)

   
   

   1. Install the bolt and high pitched horn assembly with horn bracket sub-assembly.

      Torque:

      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the connector.

5. INSTALL LOW PITCHED HORN ASSEMBLY (for CHINA)

   
   

   1. Install the bolt and low pitched horn assembly with horn bracket sub-assembly.

      Torque:

      18 N*m  { 184 kgf*cm, 13 ft.*lbf }

   2. Connect the connector.

6. INSTALL FRONT BUMPER COVER
