POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. DISCONNECT CABLE FROM NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note:
    • After turning the engine switch off, waiting time may be required before disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal. Therefore, make sure to read the disconnecting the cable from the battery terminal notice before proceeding with work (Click here).

    • When disconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected (Click here).

  2. REMOVE DOOR SCUFF PLATE ASSEMBLY RH

  3. REMOVE COWL SIDE TRIM BOARD RH

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL UNDER COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

  5. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT

  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH PANEL END RH

  7. REMOVE INSTRUMENT SIDE PANEL RH

  8. REMOVE CENTER INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL GARNISH

  9. REMOVE NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL REGISTER ASSEMBLY

  10. REMOVE LOWER INSTRUMENT COVER LH

  11. REMOVE LOWER NO. 2 INSTRUMENT PANEL AIRBAG ASSEMBLY

  12. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX DOOR COVER

  13. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL BOX ASSEMBLY

  14. REMOVE TELEMATICS TRANSCEIVER

  15. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR DUCT SUB-ASSEMBLY

  16. REMOVE ECU INTEGRATION BOX RH

    1. Disconnect all the connectors.

    2. Detach the clamp.

    3. Remove the 2 nuts, bolt and ECU integration box RH.

  17. REMOVE POWER MANAGEMENT CONTROL ECU

    1. Detach the 2 claws and remove the power management control ECU.
