DESCRIPTION

The NO. 1 height control valve sub-assembly opens and closes the right and left circuit lines to the front wheel side pneumatic cylinder assembly with shock absorber independently using the signal from the suspension control ECU.

  1. INSPECT NO. 1 HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY


    1. Inspect the NO. 1 height control valve sub-assembly.

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (NO. 1 HEIGHT CONTROL VALVE SUB-ASSEMBLY - SUSPENSION CONTROL ECU)


    1. Turn the engine switch off.

    2. Disconnect the L105 suspension control ECU connector.

    3. Disconnect the A38 NO. 1 height control valve sub-assembly.

    4. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      C174112:
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L105-14 (SLFR) - A38-1 (RH+) Always Below 1 Ω
      L105-14 (SLFR) or A38-1 (RH+) - Body ground and other terminals Always 10 kΩ or higher
      C174212:
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      L105-16 (SLFL) - A38-3 (LH+) Always Below 1 Ω
      L105-16 (SLFL) or A38-3 (LH+) - Body ground and other terminals Always 10 kΩ or higher
