HEADLIGHT CLEANER ACTUATOR REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE FRONT BUMPER COVER

  2. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER (for LH Side)

  3. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER WASHER NOZZLE COVER (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  4. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY LH


    1. A004SJM

      Release the lock as shown in the illustration.

    2. Disconnect the headlight cleaner hose.

    3. A004PEI

      Remove the screw.

    4. Detach the 2 claws and guide and remove the headlight washer actuator sub-assembly LH.

  5. REMOVE HEADLIGHT WASHER ACTUATOR SUB-ASSEMBLY RH

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure described for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE HEADLIGHT CLEANER HOSE ASSEMBLY


    1. Detach the 10 claws and remove the headlight cleaner hose assembly.
