BRAKE BOOSTER(for RHD) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE BRAKE VACUUM CHECK VALVE ASSEMBLY


    1. Remove the brake vacuum check valve assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.

  2. REMOVE VACUUM SENSOR ASSEMBLY (w/ Stop And Start System)

      Remove the vacuum sensor assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.

  3. INSTALL VACUUM WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY (w/ Vacuum Warning Switch)


    1. A001VAJ

      Remove the vacuum warning switch assembly from the brake booster assembly.

    2. Remove the check valve grommet from the brake booster assembly.
