INTERCOOLER REMOVAL

PROCEDURE


  1. DRAIN COOLANT (for Intercooler)

    Click here

  2. REMOVE NO. 2 ENGINE UNDER COVER

    Click here

  3. REMOVE PROPELLER WITH CENTER BEARING SHAFT ASSEMBLY (for AWD)

    Click here

  4. DISCONNECT NO. 8 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 8 water by-pass hose from the intercooler assembly.

  5. DISCONNECT NO. 9 WATER BY-PASS HOSE

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 9 water by-pass hose from the intercooler assembly.

  6. DISCONNECT NO. 2 AIR HOSE

      Loosen the hose clamp and disconnect the No. 2 air hose from the intercooler assembly.

  7. REMOVE INTERCOOLER ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the throttle body with motor assembly connector.

    2. B007ZQL

      Remove the 4 bolts and disconnect the No. 2 air tube from the intercooler assembly.

    3. B007X20

      Slide the clip and disconnect the No. 1 vacuum transmitting hose from the intercooler assembly.

    4. B007ZSX

      Remove the 3 bolts and intercooler assembly from the intercooler support bracket sub-assembly.

  8. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR TUBE GASKET
