A resin cylinder head cover sub-assembly is used. Ribs are positioned on the cylinder head cover sub-assembly to achieve weight reduction while enhancing rigidity and quietness.
An oil delivery pipe is provided on the cylinder head cover sub-assembly to ensure the lubrication of the sliding parts of the No. 1 valve rocker arm sub-assembly by supplying engine oil and to enhance reliability.
A resin baffle plate, oil delivery pipe and ejector are welded onto the cylinder head cover sub-assembly to reduce the number of parts.
A No. 2 oil separate chamber and No. 3 oil separate chamber are provided in the cylinder head cover sub-assembly to support the increase in blow-by gas volume due to turbocharging and to enhance the efficiency of separating engine oil from the blow-by gas.
