  1. CHECK VOICE GUIDANCE SETTING


    1. Check that the voice guidance settings are not off.

    CHANGE VOICE GUIDANCE SETTINGS TO ON

    OK

  2. CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (RADIO RECEIVER ASSEMBLY - NAVIGATION ECU)


    1. Disconnect the O148 radio receiver assembly connector.

    2. Disconnect the O150 navigation ECU connector.

    3. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

      Standard Resistance
      Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
      O148-22 (SI+) - O150-6 (VOI+) Always Below 1 Ω
      O148-23 (SI-) - O150-7 (VOI-) Always Below 1 Ω
      O148-22 (SI+) or O150-6 (VOI+) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      O148-23 (SI-) or O150-7 (VOI-) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
      O150-8 (SLD1) - Body ground Always 10 kΩ or higher
