  1. CONSTRUCTION


    1. Lightweight yet high-strength aluminum cylinder head covers are used.

    2. An oil filler housing has been provided on the left bank cylinder head cover to improve the serviceability when filling the engine oil.

    3. The cylinder head cover gasket and a gasket to seal the ignition coil circumference have been integrated to reduce the number of parts.

    4. Baffle plates are provided inside the cylinder head cover to reduce the consumption of engine oil through blow-by gas. Each baffle plate is welded onto a cylinder head cover, and cannot be removed.
