DIESEL THROTTLE BODY REMOVAL

PROCEDURE

  1. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE UNDER COVER

  2. REMOVE NO. 1 ENGINE COVER (w/ No. 1 Engine Cover)

  3. REMOVE NO. 3 AIR HOSE

  4. REMOVE NO. 2 AIR TUBE ASSEMBLY

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts.

    3. Loosen the 2 hose clamps and remove the No. 2 air tube assembly.

  5. REMOVE DIESEL THROTTLE BODY ASSEMBLY

    1. A206607

      Disconnect the 2 connectors.

    2. A206661

      Remove the nut.

    3. Disengage the wire harness clamp, and separate the wire harness.

    4. A206608

      Remove the 4 bolts, diesel throttle body assembly, gasket and wire harness bracket.
