REAR SEAT ASSEMBLY(for Reclining Seat Type) DISASSEMBLY

PROCEDURE


  1. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)


    1. w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag:

        Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. B0086RK

      Disengage the 11 hooks.

      Remove the rear side seatback cover with pad from the rear side seatback frame sub-assembly LH as shown in the illustration.

  2. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY LH (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)

  3. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)


    1. Remove the rear side seatback cover sub-assembly LH from the rear side seatback pad LH.

  4. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)

    Tech Tips

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  5. REMOVE REAR SEAT AIRBAG ASSEMBLY RH (w/ Rear Seat Side Airbag)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  6. REMOVE REAR SIDE SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY RH (for RH Side)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  7. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE LH (for LH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat shoulder belt guide LH.

  8. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

  9. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for LH Side)

      Disengage the 13 hooks.

    2. Remove the separate type rear seatback cover with pad from the rear seatback frame sub-assembly.

  10. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for LH Side)


    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 8 claws and remove the separate type rear seatback cover from the separate type rear seatback pad as shown in the illustration.

  11. REMOVE REAR SEATBACK HEATER ASSEMBLY LH (for LH Side)

  12. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER SHOULDER BELT GUIDE (for RH Side)

      Remove the 2 screws.

    2. Disengage the guide to remove the rear seat center shoulder belt guide.

  13. REMOVE REAR SEAT SHOULDER BELT GUIDE RH (for RH Side)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  14. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for RH Side)

  15. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER WITH PAD (for RH Side)

    Use the same procedure as for the LH side.

  16. REMOVE SEPARATE TYPE REAR SEATBACK COVER (for RH Side)

  18. REMOVE REAR CENTER SEATBACK FRAME WITH COVER AND PAD (for Center Seat)

      Remove the 2 nuts.

    2. Disengage the 2 claws to remove the rear center seatback frame with cover and pad.

  19. REMOVE NO. 1 REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST BRACKET (for Center Seat)

      Disengage the clamp.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts, 2 bushes and No. 1 rear seat center armrest bracket.

  20. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST ASSEMBLY (for Center Seat)

      Disengage the clamp.

      Disengage the 2 clips to remove the rear seat center armrest assembly from the rear seat center armrest box assembly.

  21. REMOVE COOLER CONTROL SWITCH ASSEMBLY (for Center Seat)

      Disengage the 4 claws.

    2. B0084DK

      Disconnect the 2 connectors to remove the cooler control switch assembly.

  22. REMOVE REAR SEAT CENTER ARMREST CUP HOLDER SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Center Seat)

      Remove the 2 screws and rear seat center armrest cover with pad.

      Disengage the 16 claws to remove the 2 rear seat center armrest plates.

      Remove the 2 screws and rear seat center armrest cup holder sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.

  23. REMOVE REAR CONSOLE BOX WIRE (for Center Seat)

      Remove the rear seat center armrest pad from the rear seat center armrest box.

      Disengage the 3 clamps and remove the rear console box wire.

  24. REMOVE REAR SEAT HEADREST SUPPORT (for Center Seat)

      Disengage the 4 claws and remove the 2 rear seat headrest supports as shown in the illustration.

  25. REMOVE CENTER SEATBACK COVER SUB-ASSEMBLY

      Disengage the 7 hooks and remove the center seatback cover with pad from the center seatback frame sub-assembly.

    2. Remove the center seatback cover sub-assembly from the center seatback pad sub-assembly.

  26. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY LH

      Disconnect the connector.

    2. Remove the 2 bolts and 2 nuts, and rear seat reclining adjuster assembly LH.

  27. REMOVE REAR SEAT RECLINING ADJUSTER ASSEMBLY RH

  28. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT COVER

      Disengage the 2 claws and 2 guides to remove the child restraint seat cover as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for all of the child restraint seat covers.

  29. REMOVE CHILD RESTRAINT SEAT BASE COVER

      Remove the screw.

    2. Disengage the claw and guide to remove the child restraint seat base cover as shown in the illustration.

      Tech Tips

      Use the same procedure for all of the child restraint seat base covers.

  30. REMOVE BENCH TYPE REAR SEAT CUSHION COVER


    1. Disengage the 4 fasteners.

    6. Using a screwdriver, disengage the 24 claws and remove the bench type rear seat cushion cover from the rear seat cushion pad sub-assembly as shown in the illustration.
