HEATER FUEL PUMP INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

1. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER PROTECTOR PIPE

   1. 

      *a	Front of the Vehicle
      *b	Slit
      *c	90°

      Install the No. 2 heater protector pipe as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      • Make sure the slit is facing the rear of the vehicle.

      • Make sure that the slit cannot be seen from the front of the vehicle.

2. INSTALL NO. 1 HEATER PROTECTOR PIPE

   1. 

      *a	Front of the Vehicle
      *b	Slit
      *c	90°

      Install the No. 1 heater protector pipe as shown in the illustration.

      Note:

      • Make sure the slit is facing the rear of the vehicle.

      • Make sure that the slit cannot be seen from the front of the vehicle.

3. INSTALL HEATER PUMP ASSEMBLY (for 1ND-TV)

   1. Install the heater pump assembly with the nut.

      

      *a

      Marking (Blue)

      *b

      Marking (Orange)

      9.8 N*m

      100 kgf*cm

      87 in.*lbf

   2. Align the markings on each hose and pipe as shown in the illustration and connect them with the clips.

   3. Connect the connector.

4. INSTALL HEATER PUMP ASSEMBLY (for 1WW)

   1. Install the heater pump assembly with the nut.

      

      *a

      Marking (Blue)

      *b

      Notch

      7.5 N*m

      76 kgf*cm

      66 in.*lbf

   2. Align the markings and notch on each hose and pipe as shown in the illustration and connect them with the clips.

   3. Connect the connector.

6. INSTALL NO. 2 HEATER AIR DUCT SPLASH SHIELD SEAL

7. INSTALL WATER GUARD PLATE LH
