CLUTCH STROKE SENSOR(for C553A) INSTALLATION

PROCEDURE

  1. INSTALL CLUTCH STROKE SENSOR

    1. Apply MP grease to a new O-ring.

    2. Install the O-ring to the clutch stroke sensor.

      Sensor Arm (Clutch Stroke Sensor Side)

      Set the clutch stroke sensor so that the clutch stroke sensor side and clutch actuator assembly side sensor arms are in the positions shown in the illustration.

    4. Turn the clutch stroke sensor clockwise and secure it with the 2 screws.

      2.0 N*m

      20 kgf*cm

      18 in.*lbf

    5. Connect the clutch stroke sensor connector.

  4. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL

    Note:

    When reconnecting the cable, some systems need to be initialized after the cable is reconnected.
